The Digivey software newly supports texting virtual incentive coupons to cell phones upon survey completion.

The text-an-incentive feature is right on target as texting has become such a popular means of communication. The way it works is quite simple. As part of a customer satisfaction survey the participating respondents are asked whether they prefer to receive the survey incentive in form of a traditional paper coupon or in form of a text message. If they then opt for text message, within seconds from survey completion the virtual coupon arrives at the cell phones of their respective owners, ready to be presented and redeemed at participating concession stands, gift shops, retailers, restaurants and hotels.
